How much h.p will I gain with hmf and 450 kit and a g.p control unit.

Probably 3hp when compared to a stock pipe

that GP control unit will give you at least an extra 5 HP right?

ok thank so tha would be about 7 h.p my computer wont download the maps on here. and but say it did how would i program the g .p unit

GP control will not give anymore power unless your not tuned right to begin with. So 3hp is a good estimate.

1 hp for the 450 kit. The best hp per dollar will always be performance porting on Dales. $500 for a real port job gaining 10hp is way better than a $500 piston kit that will only gain 1-2 hp . And cannondales have several stock exhausts and the stock FMF ti being better than the hmf .

why does porting gain alot more there all ready freaking huge. and int valve on a 400 ex is as big as and exhaust on a cannibale.ok well if i do port and 450 i will still ony gain one hp.

porting allows more air and fuel to enter the combustion chamber thus more power. best bang for the buck is porting. you can add all the displacement you want but if you cant feed enough fuel and air to it you wont make good power.
