Could someone post pics of what needs to be done and explain, I know the bolts back out and either need loctited or the stud kit and loctite the nuts on, but I'd just like to see some pics and see what I'm getting my self into lol

The easiest update is to just use red loctite (not the permanent stuff) on all of the allen head bolts on the cartridge plate. Another option is a different bolt or stud kit (both are optional). I have been using a flangehead allen bolt for extra gripping power with the loctite. The stud kits have phased out since the red loctite issues and the crank fixes were discovered.

Also the torque values in the book are a bit too light... I do not have the spec in front of me but I take the large bolts to 25 ft lbs or so.
