you can get dale plastic if you want, but its a little more expensive and limited color choices, but thats what Ill probably be doing cuz I would rather keep the same tank size for trail riding and stuff

doug how does the 250r conversion kit fit? what i mean is how tight does the 250r plastic fit aroung the deal air box tightly to seal out water and junk?

yeah, I would like to know what kind of mods you have to do to make the ECU tray water tight or at least as tight as stock is. Do you have to move the fuel pump to the rear of the subby to make this work better? Does your knees hit the aluminum tank bad?

I am going doing xc and if I get a 250r kit that will have enough fuel for a xc race I wonder if you can make the ecu tray water tight like the stocky any input would be helpful smile.gif

I talked to Fullbore today, they will still make dale plastic in any of their standard colors. They said they have red and yellow in stock and it will just take a little longer for other colors.

So if we can wait a bit can you get us the other colrs as part of this buy doug?

My bike is down until the middle march minimum at this point so I have nothing but time.

Just out of curiosity do the fullbore front fenders come with mounting brackets? I just realized i dont have any stock fender mounting brackets...... may have to get race cut

they don't require fender mounting brackets like the stock dale fenders have, if i remember right...:confused:
