Hey Brad, where does the oil go when you do that. Does it go in the muffler? I need a fix for this because it is getting old. I have changed the oil three times and it's still getting in the cylinder.

How fast does the oil get into the bottom end? if you drain the crank case before trying to start the motor you should be able to avoid getting oil into the top end. I had the same issue, it would take about 2-3 days before it was a problem. if you drain in the morning you should be good for the rest of the day, if not then consider a new oil pump. I think there is a way of repairing the pump though I have not tried yet.

You can try blowing about 3psi MAX of air into the inlet to try clearing out debris.Otherwise it is just a deformed checkball and only way to fix that is new pump or rebuild.

How do you drain just the crank case? Could the check ball be bad with less than 50hrs on the quad? Could it be the oil that Iam running?
