Ken as you know I once did same thing to my own big motor. Made a few runs in yard and 3 runs on dyno and blew. Same damage as yours. Really depressing. Since was 60hp attempt. I took some advice and now paint mark the bolts immediately after torquing. Even when not rushed doing cam timing and all the time it takes and how many times cams come in and out to get it right its amazing this doesn't happen more often. I bet it will never happen again though. Won't ever be routine anymore.
