I just had these 2 "tools" machined. What are they used for?

These are open on 1 end, and closed on the other. They are made from Brass.

You must be specific on these. It is something I will use regularly with each engine rebuild.

It's hollow (ID) to slide over a shaft.
The outside diameter is to retain bearings.

It must be for the crank or tranny. But since I've never "dug" in that deep so I can't be specific.
