John I will be heading to the garage to work on this around 6pm. Do you think you will be available for a phone call then? Maybe we can verbally check these hoses to be 100% sure.

There is something wrong.Shouldnt need the update especially at idle.Ones that needed update mostly did it at wideopen on very cold days. Why not take pics of all your hoses so we can be sure they are routed correctly? Also some without update would continue blowing if the chamber at back right spar wasnt drained. There is two hoses there pull off lower one and get any oil out of there.

Thank you Steve! I still haven't done the update. I pulled the hose off and drained quite a bit of oil from this chamber. It was all new oil too. So I guess it was circulating through here. Anyone have a good explanation of whats going on there to cause this puking condition? When I started it up it didn't puke anymore. I went out in the field and reamed on it a couple times to try to get the oil flowing good and still no puking. This was on Saturday. Then yesterday I went for a ride at my practice track and basically rode at race pace for 2 hours. Still no puking.

I'm so excited. The thing pulls a lot harder then before. I was blazing some new trails and just ran through anything and everything without stalling or slipping the clutch like I used to.

Thank you all so much for your help. I hope this is the end of the oil puking problem.

Great now do the update. What happens is that chamber fills up and maybe filter was also saturated and piston wasnt broke in yet.Its just too much for system to overcome and it does it again.Only way to stop it is to start all over with all levels correct.Which is what you now did.

I think you're wrong, Jess. I don't think there are any in that box anymore. I'm just kidding.

I did change the title of this thread to eliminate confusion.
