Guess how many hrs on the motor claimed and win a cannondaleriders callendar! Here are some pics from a motor that was hard starting and came in for repairs. The person just bought the quad and was trying to get it to start better.Whoever can guess closest to how many hrs claimed on the motor to the purchaser wins! Here's some pics of interenals. On another note the oil was such sludge that the frame spar would not drain and was plugged! Here's pics of cams, piston, ring or whats left of it, and buckets. Come guess and good luck!

Looks like a winner J. Delaney. Claimed hrs was 16. There was no doubt dirt and debris was going through the motor. The piston showed wear from debris and liner also had scaring from debris. Had an open filter setup undoubtedly water and mud made its way through. Filter was nastily dirty. I mean nasty. If using open air filter setup clean regularly like any other filter and don't run through wet muddy conditions. Still doesn't explain the oil unless mud was mixed in with it but should have been white and creamy. I have alot of trouble believing 16 hrs,but who know what can be accomplished with plain abuse. Anyways congratulations J. Delany who're the winner. Please pm your shipping address to collect the prize.
