I know that they announced plans to build a bike in Feb of 98 and the first bikes shipped May 2000, followed by quads shipped in Feb of 01, so I'll say that it took near exactly 3 years to get the quads on the market.
That's all I could find. Didn't see anything about a quad announcement or planning date.

They have yet to use real drawings. Dinli bought all the rights off the napkins. That's why we don't have them doing anything with their purchase. Someone wiped thier mouth off with the plans.
