I'm still waiting on the account to change the pages, after the system went down a couple months ago I haven't been able to logon to the FTP site. It was suppose to be taken care of by now, so not sure what's going on.

No, he and I share the FTP account and it's not working. He's never done it before either and wouldn't know how.
