Cannondaleriders

The 12hr is on Nov. 10, 2007 in Greenville Texas at Caddo Point.

I am thinkign of running the 12 hr. not sure if it will be on the dale or not, but am getting serious about it.

Quad should be ready to race sometime end of May and wil be looking for riders.Chasis is getting settup and ready.Motor is up at Rab offroad and still in 12 hr bike. Glad to report Randy Brandt is putting it to good use. He placed a 2nd in the +30 and 2nd overall in the district 6&7 harescramble race at Pa State Race at Ft of the Mountain. Pretty darn impressive. Randy is one heck of a rider and a long time Cannondale enthuiast and a very good guy. He was the one who had the the misfortune at the 12hr for the rear shock to break on him on the 1st lap and put his back out comission for a few months. Looks like he's up and going again with a vengence. He'll be racing again begining of next month.Good luck!

Randy flat out rips. It was a big hit to the team to lose him at the 12hr. I know he is itching to go again.

What about you Derno, are you itching to go again?

Thinking about it. The new rules make it a little less enticing.

Yeah, under the new rules, most teams with foreign quads will be to complete the race. , It does take some of the challenge out of the race.

You do still have to eat time for the bike change though.. if I read the rules correctly your other bikes are effectively in impound and can only be swapped for the current running bike and have to remain in impound at all other times.

Depending on how long it takes for the swap that could be a major deterent for people.

That said, it looks like we (atvnc.com) are going to build a bike for the 12 hour (non cdale) and there may be a second group from the site going running a dale.. we'll see
