steering stem removal

ok i got the plate with the two bolts off tie rods on and now im looking at the bearing but how do i get the bearing off ? im vary confussed so far from what i have thought up is i need some kind of special tool because infrount of the bearing is a smaller round (thing) with two holes in it and i cant get that off.

ok ill try to do that after school tomorrow and dirt do u remember me i was the kid at the budds hangover race talkin to ya on the line o yeah thanks cus i was lookin at that like wtf!
