anyone know if you can use a stock honda tie rod or one from something else, thanks

no stock honda will hit the frame you can use honda tie rods if they are hiem aftermarket just use bolts and spacers from cdale .tie rods are the reason 400ex arms are not direct fit in the early frames

Cannondales used a tie-rod with a 1/2-20 thread. Jap quads are metric thread.

Yep the Honda tie rods are pretty weak compared to the Dales.
