I will be honest. The arms did not fit as the specs I gave him. The good thing is he has been working with me to ensure he has a satisfied customer.

We are still working on getting him a frame and spindles as the arms were designed based upon measurements from me and not from him being able to build arms with a chassis in house.

I should have the revised set soon and will gladly offer my input of the finished product.

I hope it works out.You cant ask any more out of a Supplier.Sounds like he is one of the good guys if he is still trying.

I should hope so, it was paid in advance. It was either that or refund my money completely and take a loss, or complete it correctly.

Pretty hard to build arms for a machine when you dont have a machine in house to mock it up.
