plus 2 a-arms

My most recent Cannibal purchase has plus 2 a-arms on it .I was trying to set the toe and camber but could not get enough adjustment out of the ball joints and tie rods.It seems like the ball joints need to go in some more and the tie rods are bottomed out (tie rods too long?) I was told they were strongarm a-arms BUT I see Diamond racing atv very faintly on the lower arms. Are these Winke arms?If so are they ok to use?Could they be 400ex arms and that is the reason I can't get enough adjustment from them?

I might have what you need in shorter tie-rods (between stock and Moto length), or a conversion for your balljoints.
