A C-clamp is the easiest. Just put the clamp on the outside pad and backside of the caliper, then tighten it down. It will push the inner pad back into place, then you can take a screwdriver or small pry bar and push the outer pad back over to seperate them.
Doing this should allow it to bleed itself as well. The fluid will be down in the caliper and air on top. Pushing the piston back in will push the air up into the ressy and leave just fluid in the line.
