Number on Swing Arm

On top of my swing arm engraved is numbers "803659".Anyone have any idea what that means?

My thought is that it's the badge/id # for the guy that welded it together. Nothing to confirm that, though.

I was waiting to see if someone had something confirmed before posting my opinion on it.

I have no clue either. But the swingarm is not the only place. Look on most any cartridge plate and there is a number engraved there as well. huh.gif

Heads and engine cradle too. Probably a employee clock#.
