swingarm interchangeability

Will any other swingarms fit on the Cannondales? or are they different from others? I know a few make them for the Cannondale, but are they actually different and what is different?

Bags, the biggest difference is that the brake is on left side instead of the right like most other brands. No other swingarms fit.
