I'm really thinking about ordering these just to get rid of the stock balljoints and have something I can trust. I don't really want to be much wider though.

Does +1 mean 1" wider total or 1" wider per side making it 2" total?

What do they come with? Tie rods? Ball joints? Anything else?

Thanks! If I like the answers I'll be adding myself to the list!

You get new tie-rods with the a-arms, and yes they are complete with needle bearings instead of bushings where they mount to the frame, and also ball joints as well.
The +1 are set up for standard length shocks, but the +3's require the change to 19" shocks.

I don't think anyone makes a plus 3 that works with standard arms.
