if you have over 20-30 hours on your toaster exhaust, chances are when you pull the end cap off it will already be gutted for you. When I took mine off everything was laying in the bottom so I just took it out, you can also knock it out with a big flat tip screwdriver, if you want a little more power take a hacksaw and cut the screen spark arrestor off the end cap and it will really flow. as for backpressure, all I know is I gutted mine out and cut off the spark arrestor and it screams better than the dale I rode with an hmf, could have been the mapping though. You'll want to richen up the flow a bit though after you gut it.smile.gif

commander, you talking about my quad?

thats it, were loading up with the same map and then see what happens......your's will probably still run better. I do want to try that map though. I need a good holeshot!

..Im cheap and with with ASR's teflon rod ends for $30 some shipped, I havent got them yet,so they might fall off faster then the stock ones,but i dought it..
...Iv been looking at dampers also,but i cant decide..
