you might be able to get a stocker and drill and put grease zerks in at the bearing areas so you don't have to pull it off to repack it.

Just an idea, I am no expert

I tried that on a 250R once and it made the swingarm crack right where I drilled the hole for the zerk. Its part of any routine quad maintance to greese those bearings every 6 months or more if you use a powerwasher.

it only take a couple hours to take the swinger off and grease it a then put it back together try some marine grease that is water proof that does not wash off as easy it will last longer under wet conditions:)

I got a LSR swinger. Dont know if you can still get one but the are very nice. I got mine on ebay for a great price so I couldnt tell you what they cost. I think it came out to be 3-4lbs heavier then the stocker but it is also chromed too so that accounts for some of the weight difference.
