No.250r spindles are junk they crack very easily.Run the Cannondales.

How can i run the cannondale hubs with the 250r a arms? they are adjustable.
what adaptors would i need and if you know could i have a link to that site?

I wouldn't go so far as to say they're junk but they're not as good as the cdales aparently.

what would be easier cannondale hubs or 250r hubs?

Canniboomer here sells the adapters.They are little cones that go over the balljoint stud of the 250r arms.Then they just bolt right on to the Cannondale spindle/Hub assembly.Believe me 250r spindles are weak.I broke at least 3 in my racing days and know of plenty of others.There used to be a big market for them.Try selling the 250r spindles might get good $ for them.Alot of the guys switched to Cannondale or 400ex spindles because of the problems.
