Yes it will fix your steering stem problems, don't know about the withdrawal probs though. I did the outside machining today, will be doing the I.D.'s tomorrow, should be able to ship on friday.

Can we see a picture??
I'm getting ready to install my stems, but would like to see this kit, although I've not had any failures so far, but it is a pain in the *** to change the stem, so if this is better, I'd like to see it.
