How much did all that end up costing each of you guys? Looks great though! :head: Hopefully no problems occur and everything ends up for the best.
Powder Painted Frames

Why you guys not powder painting engine cradle? subframe? safe to do the swingarm?

I have my cradle powder'd the same color as the frame. I am having the swingarm polished and then clear powder coated. I have had several swingarms done with no problems. You can check out pictures of one of mine done in the thread "pictures of your cannondale"

..I see your powder coating the swingarm also,but is it heat treated? or not?Can it be baked at 425 or not?..Patrick

as far as I know, the swingarm is not being hurt at all powder coating them, I have ran one for quite awhile with no failure so far. My powdercoater bakes at a little less temp. which may help some to.
