Is the brake fluid DOT3 or DOT 4?

Always use DOT4. Unless you are doing a complete rebuild. It's bad to mix different types.

And don't forget, it still a real good idea to replace your brake fluid once a year anyways.

i traded off for one of Jeff steoss ATK race quads and the only thing wrongis the front brakes have like to resistance to them what so freaking ever.....Im gonna try and get one of the methods to work i know the master cylinder has fluid i can see it so hopfully ths will work.....
