i had the same problem w/ fuel tank change to 03 style w/ both fittings up front i pushed my fitting right into tank

id like to find one, my buddies sending me an old style one this week so i can race on saturday. i was also thinking about having my dad whip up one about 1 gallon size out of stainless. i sure dont need like 4 gallons of gas:)

The R conversions use a fuel tank between 1 and 2 gallons smile.gif

hey thomez, got any more info???? im running an air filter setup right off my throttle body like ABBOTS RACING, think it will work? thanks!

thats cool, but im not looking for a whole bunch more work to do. i already sent the motor out, moved my fuel pump, pressure regulator, starter relay, and did a custom intake inspired by randy abbot. im just sick of the stock gas tanks, mostly that fitting in the back:drink:

You could probably get an aluminum one made to your liking at a machine shop and drop it in.

my dads a machinist, thats why i was going to have him do it. problem is hes kinda lazy so it may take some persuasion:wow
