how to adjust toe-in HELP

i checked my toe in and i have about 1/4 of toeout lmao, when i flipped it it musta went whacko on me. well i went to adjust it, but i dont know which end of the tierod is left and right handed. it would help if someone told me wat kinda thread it is, and maybe how to adjust it. it doesnt look hard, and i think i have it figured out. but who knows, sometimes im an idiot. so a procedure of how to adjust it would help!! thanx ahead of time

ok idiot here goes...take 2 ratchet straps and hook one end to the end of the bar and the other end to like the grabar or something stationary,.do the same to the other side.now measure from a fixed point like a grabar mounting bolt or one of the subfram strap mounting bolts to the center of the end of the handlebar.do the same for the other side measuring from the same bolt just opposite side.adjust your straps till you get an equal measurement.now you know your bars are straight.now measure from the inside edge of the front wheel to a spot on the frame on both sides and adjust your tierods untill both the measurements are the same.now your wheels are straight.ok now measure for the centre of the tire front and back an equal distance from the ground and adjust your tierods untill you have 1/8 -1/4'' of toe in.make sure you turn each tierod an equal amount of turns.all this should be done with the quad on the ground and better with rider on board if you have someone to help you.get the little hottie out there and put her to work.
