practice practice practice.there are many factors that can cause and rememedy your flying characteristics.braking in the air to correct the problem is one, letting off on the face of the jump alittle sooner, maybe some suspension changes.alot depends on the face of the jump, body positioning the height of your bars is a biggie.have someone take some pics of you jumping and see where your body is in relation to where the bike is at.if your body is somewhat straight up and down slightly forward and your bike is pointing at the sky you may need to invest in a taller stem or bars.remember to keep your knees slightly bent if you are gonna stand.most people get comfortable jumping a certain way and make it a habit.i used to catch myself doing this alot.when you are jumping next time you go practice really focus on the jumps and how they are affecting your style and try to correct by braking in the air and preloading and leaning forward or back more on the face of the jumps.before you know it you will be pitching that thing in the air wherever you want it and the track sluts will be running over to see who you are.

in this pic you can see sicknikki's bars are a little too low as his back is leaned too far forward for where the bike is(although it goes in one ear and out the other when i tell him this)you want to be leaned forward a little but not quite this muchthere is alot more to it i just forget hyalf of what i want to say because i type so slow but practice is key

Also turning your wheels in the air will slowly drop the front end, and it gives your jump a little style. It has become almost a reflex for me to turn my wheels on every jump.
