shock ?

#1 Post by patmc81 »

how can you tell if a shock from a different atv will fit on a cannondale?
Is it just the length of the shock

I wish I knew the bushings, springrate, valving on the works tripple rates I have, they would look real pretty on the speed

There aren't any shocks off other quads that will work correctly on a Dale.

400ex shocks work good enough though. I ran elka's off a 400ex for a year before I got my moto, now the elka's are on my dad's TT bike. Jeff says they prematurely wear on the ball joints though. I did break a ball once in the year (towards the end) I figured when I start bustin my balls I need new ones anyhow.

Honda shocks have too much travel for the Dales.
