tire leaks

what do you guys recommend for fixing a small leak i have in my front tire, should i plug it or try some kind of slime? what is the best methods you guys have found?

Well I have found that if you and a buddy go out drinking and you get him real drunk then make some stupid bet that you know you will win. Then buy a new fron tire or if he was real drunk buy a set of new fronts..............:w:

haha that could work, ill make a bet against my yamaha buddies that ill take them in the holeshot, a shore win lol :usa

what do you recommend though?

I would suggest using plugs, the slime is a pain when you have to remove the tire.

If it's leaking at the bead, the slime may work. If it's a pinhole, it'll probably just line your fenders. sad.gif

For bead leaks I use the silicone rubber waker t44. It will fix even the nasties gashes in a bead. For small holes tire plugs do the trick. For large holes get a new tire.
