bike rear ohlins on quad ?

How well will a rear ohlins from a Cannondale bike work on a Cannondale quad ? I do know that the rezzy will be a problem but I only wanna know how it will ride.

If I remember right it is both shorter and less shock travel.Might work good for TT.
