checking/adjusting shock pressure

I have TCS long travel shocks on the front of my quad. I was wodnering how I check the nitrogen charge pressure? Also what should it be? They are a little soft and was thiniking maybe I needed to up the pressure. I'm not sure that's the right answer though.

Doesnt work like that.If you check the pressure it will be low because of nitrogen lost when you check it.If you have any doubts just get them rebuilt.
