#1 Post by cdaleman440 »

ok i just got everything back 2200$ later, for the front end i got new ball joints and tierod ends+ blaze shocks and when i adjusted the tierod ends i pulled both tires together and my stem and handle bars move like inch to 2 up and down im thinking the bearing but why would that go i havent riden it for more than 50 hours before the third crank!
but it runs so much better now with the stroker im lovin it
maby from a wreck or somthing ?

Check and make sure that the lower bearing plate is tight.

the stroker conversion should ONLY involve the crank and piston!

It seems you also have a strokered steering stem! HA! Yep, just check the bottom end, and you will find the obvious... or maybe a missing stem nut.

idk if this helps but when i pull the tries the nut on the bottom moves and the plate dosent im so confussed

ok there are two little bolts to the left and right of the stem at the base of it they are loose. I can guarantee it. the nuts for it is too the left and right of the big nut at the bottom of the stem.

...if the bolts and nut are tight, then the bearing is shot. You need to replace that sandwich bearing.
