balljoint?

how do the lower moto balljoints come out? are they pressed in?
theres no clip of any sort on mine!

There should be a clip and yes they are pressed in.

yeah there should be clip....if not just press that badboy out with the balljoint press.....then put clips on after you're done....WOW..no clip...you're lucky to be alive!!

well I just popped out a balljoint and it seems I've been running a year+ with no clips holding them in!sad.gif

I guess theres no need for them!:confused:

You wont catch me running the stock ball joints at all. I have seen three break on 2 different quads. Check into some a arm mods with aftermarket ball joints. ALOT SAFER. in my opinion, but I guess everyone has one of those

Actually, if you think about the forces involved, you were relatively safe riding without the clips.
