I need to rebuild my rear axle carrier. My bike broke down early last summer and had been sitting outside (ya I know wacko.gif ) until a couple weeks ago. The problem is that the rear axle won't turn. Any suggestions? how much am I looking at to buy all the seals and bearings? thanks.

If I remeber right about 50-60 for new seals and bearings from caniboomer or blackwidow. You may need a torch to get them apart if they are good and seized , you will know when you take the axle out of the carrier.
Also make sure you or someone regreases the bearings _ the brand new ones have hardly any greases in them.
They don't leak that way but I only get a year out of them ungreased and they are totally regreasable if you keep them full of grease.
