Anyone got the numbers/sizes of the front hub bearings and seals...I want to get a set before I tear them apart. Searched and only found that they are thew same as 400ex, but no sizes.

Thanks,
WJR

What year 400ex??

Does Canniboomer or Black widow carry the kits.

I'm checking the dale out, and I'm sure these will need to be changed.

Yeah I'm thinking about getting new bearings for mine too. Do the seals from the moose kit work for the Cannondale? Or is it like the rear bearing kits for a 400ex and the seals don't work?

DMAC, where ya been lately?

Hey Jess

I have been extremely busy with work, alot of road trips. The Dale has been started twice since before christmas. Once just to hear it run and yesterday to check the front end out. I had the a-arms powder coated and replaced all the tie rod ends and the arm connections. Thats when I noticed the hubs had a little play, nothing major just me being picky. I was wanting to hit the group ride but there was no way with my schedule. I'm hoping this fall that things work out. But its way to early to tell.

Actually changed the plastic to use the Quad tech hood, just playing around with different looks.( as usual ).

I seen that new boat of yours, Nice job on landing that thing. I bet it cleans up easier than the dale.

Those are the actual #'s on the seals and bearings. They are not a 400ex kit from Moose. Its a Cannondale kit.We can still get some things normally laugh.gif

The OEM Cannondale inner seals are unique, with the flanged cup

Here is the best kit you will find, $39, with premium made-in Japan bearings and the orginal seals[attachment=4007:Koyo_ATV...frontkit.jpg]

I still have some post-recall made-USA Cannondale bearings, same price as the Koyo's set until gone.
