I finally got the sproket hub pressed off and almost have everything back together. Now my problem is my factory hubs, small tappered factory spacer, and axle nuts don't even come close to fitting. What the HE!! gives with thing?I am scheduled to have surgery on my right wrist on the 16th and if I don't ride before that it will be a long recovery.

no i didn't have that much of a problem with the axle nuts, when i put thehub on i banged it on untill the the threads were showing and then just tightned em up and put the cotter pin throught and it seems to be fine.

I used a large Automotive slide hammer, lubed it with neversieze and they didn't go on to bad. This is a Durablue axle.

I also had a ruff time getting the hubs on. I just took a piece of wood and set it flush with the hub and hammered them on. No problems now, all splines are in good shape

I had to beat my new durablue hubs on my rpm axle this year, I used a block of wood and a deadblow hammer (one with sand in it).
