I like the moto nerfs. They fit real good and are as solid as a rock.

The heel guard on AC pro-pegs bolts on, so you can just leave them off if you want.

AC's get the job done. Yeah, Graydon Pro Pegs are better. They have a wider stainless steel, replacable, and turned up peg on them, but they are pricey.

I got mine from Marcums. I don't remember how much they where, but I'm thinking $150. He's the best price around for nerfs. He gets a heck of a deal from AC on stuff.
Yeah, they came with the nerfs and lasted a whole 3 rides before the mount at the frame busted... They acted more like mudshovels than guards.

If you dont run the heel guards your rear fenders will crack where they meet the side panels unless you make a brace of some kind.
I bet smitty could make a nice brace if he has time.
