Cannondaleriders

well im finally getting my speed done, so im gettring my stock a-arms P-coated so while there off i figure ill replace a few things, i just need to know what to get and what to replace so i dont have to do it later, im just trying to redo the whole quad. also what type of aftermarket shocks fit the stock a-arms.
