I got it- he was tired of washing the dirt off the quad, but got scared of going that fast on a 2 wheeler!

Well, for whatever reason, that's very impressive! And, it looks like it only took about 2-3 months. Why didn't you just make the uppers one piece, though?

Who wouldn't want a street legal, 140hp quad?
