Swing arm bolt

Does anyone know if the ATV and bike swing arm bolts are the same length?

Anybody ever notice in the parts diagram they show the bolt going in the opposite way of every one I've ever seen? http://www.atkusa.com/documents/manuals/03...artsCatalog.pdf
