Hi,
I have been running 400ex JRD +3 a-arms with dale spindles for years now here are my observations. The steering response is less nimble and responsive the the Houser +3 full dale setup that I have. Also, the lower shock mount is about 1/4 inch too far forward on the 400ex arms compared to the dale upper mount so it makes the shock travel not quite true. It does work with the spindle taper adapters that I bought, but I thinnk I will try to get a set of 400ex spindles soon.
THanks
GOd bless...
