Cant seem to find one. The picture in the 02 parts catalog well you know does not do much.

a copy is included in the Kits I send out, plus a few shim washers for any outboard gap between the left swingarm and frame -- that slop you can detect there with most all machines is a problem. The rigid frame member just underneath the pivot bolt will prevent the bolt raceway from closing up tightly as intended. If there is any significant gap there, gently pry the swingarm rightward and pre-fill that gap before torqueing down the pivot nut.

The All Balls kit is slightly different with thrust components, so if your doesn't match exactly, you've got an All Balls bearing kit. All Balls didn't use a thrust bearing, it was a plastic coated plate.

This is the biggest waste of parts i have ever seen. There has got to be something better than this convoluted setup. I got the kit in front of me and jesus what a bunch of rubbish lol.

I have heated beat and pounded and i cant get those little buggers out of the swinger. Destroyed the lips and all. Wtf this sucks. Ideas people.

Dremel with a small carbide bit. Cut a slot in it.

One down one to go. i have these steel sleeves in my swinger. Assuming new bearings need to be froze for easy of install?

Here is the cure. Coupled with a zerk hollow swingarm bolt virtually wear free. There are 3 Dales running the prototypes.
