My swing arm had some slop in it so I decided to rebuild it, thats were the problems started. The right side (sprocket side) bearings practically fell out, the left side bearings I had to drive out with a bearing driver. When I tried to reassemble there is nowhere for the roller bearing to ride on the right hand side it looks like I'm missing a sleeve. Any ideas guys?

Looks like I'm missing a sleeve.

You're right, there's a sleeve that must've came out on the outer race. I would've said you were lucky to have that updated swinger with the sleeve, but given you don't have the sleeve anymore, ehh maybe not so lucky! The sleeve was a great improvement that covered a hole in mounting tube. That hole makes for a large area where the outer race isn't supported and premature bearing failure results.

I'd imagine if you scour the vendors, you'll find a replacement.

Rath thanks for the reply Brad Brad the Black Widow man fixed my up. Only thing we could come up with is the sleeve was forgot at some point in time during a rebuild or when it was powder coated.
