Are the Ohlins MC shocks the same as ATV?

I got to wondering what the difference is between the rear shock off a bike compared to the atvs? Just curious how well a bike shock would function on a quad.

They wil not interchange... the resivoir is clocked differently so it will not bolt up.

I ran a MC rear ohlins on my quad, fuel tank modification is required.
