MX tires

#1 Post by KYmxracer52 »

What PSI do most peole run in the Holeshot MX's? I've always run Grooved Rikens and I bought me a set of the Holeshots, so I'm not sure what should be put in them. You usually run more in the Rikens.

I'm talking about the front tires, in case I confused anyone, but no, I'm not running beadlocks. Just the Douglas Ultimate fronts.

12 in the front and 6 in the rear as a rule. Might change rear for track conditions.

12 sounds pretty close, but I have ran as high as 15 and went to 10 for some mud. Are you running 19" or 20"

I run on ohio clay, and use 10-12 in the front (holeshots) and
8-10 in the rear (tamers). Just depends on how soft or hard the track is.

Well, the track I run on is clay as well. It starts out pretty loose, but as the laps proceed, it gets a blue groove in the corners.
