Eyelet Bushings for Fox Shocks

Anyone have a set of the eyelet bushings/spacers for a set of Fox shocks?

I sent my Evol shocks to Fox for the gold coating rebuild and ziptied the bushings and all to the eyelets. When I got them back they were gone and Fox says they never saw them. They offered to replace them at a price of $120-160 depending the sizes I need. They didn't have a reference for Cannondale sizes.

Anyone have some extras or know where I can get some? Can't mount the shocks at the moment. Just bare eyelets and I don't want to give Fox more money for losing my parts.

Anyone? I'm talking about the two little metal spacers on each eyelet. I can source seals locally. If no one has any I'll just have a machine shop copy my other set but hoping maybe someone has some.
