We now have swingarm bearing kits available, these are NOT cannondale stock items. the inner bearing bushing is 1 peice made from 52100 bearing steel. the bearing it'self is a double row bearing (250r/400) instead of the small (cr80) bearing. comes complete with all new seals, inner and outer, spacer, inner bearing bushing, new thrust bearings and races. just remove your stock setup and everything is there to replace it completely.

Do you have your own machine shop?How about a side cover and valve cover that are removable from engine with motor in quad?

actually, I am working on a 2 peice side cover.

I hope you can do it.Are you thinking of a whole new one or modifying the stock ones.Either way you can put me down for one.

You got a price for those bearings??? Does it use any of the existing spacers and washers?

$125 for the kit. Everything is new, you remove all of the stock pivot bearing parts and replace everything. BTW the bearing is the easy to find 400ex bearing (double row instead of the stock tiny single row). if interested call 814-796-2066, 8-5, m-f, or e-mail diamondracing@cs.com
