Arens made the stock stems for Cannondale, I believe the only difference in his model is the offset of the bar mounts and color. His is a very nice stem though and if he still has the member special of $125 its a great deal.

don't think has any specials left, but Doug is supposed to be having some made for us. Like $150/pc. I'm waiting too.

I also run the Houser (and keep them in stock) and would recommend them over stock any day. They are tough!

so Doug, are you working on another stem option for us or not?

yes I am, it will be 03 spec, and will be direct replacement for stock at a lower price than the Houser.
The Houser uses a different clamp on top, mostly the rubber bushings are what is different so you can use the aftermarket rubbers with stock clamps and it will work.

Arens may have some more in stock again soon if you are in need of them. At least that was what he had mentioned that he was working on when I was on the phone with him asking a few questions the other day.
