did you know that the lower rear shock mount bolt on a 03 cdale is larger in diameter than a 02 ! if you didn't you do now.

Yeah, I found out the hard way. Had a couple spare rear shocks, sent one in to the Quadshop for a ZPS conversion and swapped it out with the one on my 02 Speed. Then sent that shock to the Quadshop for the same service, got it back and it wouldn't fit on my 03.

Nothing a drill press couldn't fix.

yeah i had to order new bushings for my rear pep zps from baldwin.:cry:

When i got my Elka rear shock, I couldn't get the bolt to go through the hole. Called Elka and they shipped me new bushings for it in about 1 day.
